INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $500, after discounts are applied. We do not offer free return shipping for international orders. See below for our full policy.

 

Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) of purchase. Processing time for custom/handmade and pre-order pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We currently offer secure one-step checkout via credit card for all international orders. Your billing address and shipping address must be in the same country. Payment is accepted in US dollars at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are added to the shipping fee, unless otherwise stated.

 

SHIPPING METHODS AND FEES

We currently offer DHL Worldwide Express, TNT Express, UPS and USPS on international orders. The use of one of the couriers listed depends on the location of the items you are purchasing. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $500, after discounts are applied. No promo code necessary. Shipping and handling cost on international orders not exceeding $100 is a flat $13, BEFORE DUTIES AND TAXES. After your order is fulfilled, it will generally take 1-2 business days to arrive. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the order has left our facility. This shipping method includes tracking and delivery information.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

We happily accept unworn merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit for all qualifying orders. All international orders need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. To obtain an RMA code, email customerservice@khailo.com with your name, order number, and items you’ll be returning. Please note that we DO NOT offer free shipping for international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees.

 

NON-QUALIFYING ORDERS PERSONALIZED

Custom-made personalized pieces, including monograms and nameplates, are handmade to order and FINAL SALE only.

 

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE only.

 

GIFT WITH PURCHASE

If you received a free gift with you purchase, please include it with your return, or your refund will be adjusted for the retail price of the gift.

 

RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS

We DO NOT offer free shipping for international returns. To return your order, please include the original invoice and RMA number, as well as any gift with purchase. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Shipping and handling charges, as well as duties and fees, are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD will either be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund. We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.

 

REFUNDS

You will receive an email notification from Khailo when we receive and process your return. Please allow 20 business days for your return to be processed.

 

LOYALTY POINTS

Loyalty Points are not refundable. If you return an order, the Loyalty Points you earned on that order will be deducted from your account when your return is processed. If you already spent the points earned on the returned order, the dollar value that corresponds to the used points will be deducted from your total return.

 

EXCHANGES

At this time, we cannot process international exchanges.

 

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Khailo honors a one-time sale price adjustment on full-priced merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase. Sale price adjustment does not include limited-time promotions, including discount code and gift with purchase offers. To obtain a price adjustment, please send us an email to info@khailo.com within the seven-day window. Include your order number in your email message. If you are within the deadline, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment. Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments. Items purchased with gift cards are eligible for price adjustments.
